Scope

The company Guntermann & Drunck (hereinafter referred to as G&D) is the operator of the website http://feedback.gdsys.de

Online customer survey

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. G&D points out that they store personal data entered in the survey. The participant agrees that G&D may evaluate and use personal data for the purpose of the survey. The participant is entitled to object to the use of their personal data at any time. Any personal data will be evaluated internally and not be made available to third parties.

Participation in the draw

To take part in the draw, the participant must fill the survey completely, be a costumer or user of G&D products and must have received G&D's invitation to take part in the survey. The winners will be randomly selected and informed via email. The notification is based on the data entered by the user. Any participants entering incomplete or faulty data will be excluded from the draw.

Judges' decision is final. There is no enforceable right to the prizes. Assessments made in the survey will not influence the participants' chances of winning. The amount of money will not be paid out in cash. The exact prize may be subject to change. G&D reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value.

The voucher will be deducted from next order within the next 12 months. The voucher is valid from the day G&D informs the winner by email. The value of the voucher is quoted net in euros of the list price of G&D devices according to the valid price list. The voucher is not tied to one person but applies to the company in which the winner is employed at the time of participation in the survey

The possibility of participating in the survey ends when G&D closes the questionnaire.

Data protection

Please note that messages sent over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as they can be intercepted, lost or corrupted. G&D assumes no liability for interception, alteration or misuse of information transmitted over the internet.
